Google Glasses

So I saw these and the only thought that came to mind was WTF. Those people looked silly wearing those retarded things. Some nerds pulled it off but if I saw someone walking down the street with one of those things I would give them a wtf are you wearing look. Plus some places are already banning them because you can record without anyone knowing!! Lawsuits here we come and millions of videos of men staring at boobs. Aren't we already connected to much? I mean really facebook, twitter instagram......it never ends!!!!!
Now that you have my opinion let me just give you a short version of what they are. They can record video take pictures and have Bluetooth just by talking to it. Problem I see now.... how many people successfully use their voice activated technology and it actually work? I know when I use Siri or UVO radio the voice control works about 50% of the time. With that in mind, when the glasses cant understand you...you are screwed. There is not a tough screen to fix things. It just becomes a jumble mess. If Google wants this product to become big It HAS to have an AMAZING voice control system for people of all accents from country to British.  Also this projected price of $1,500 is way too high for general public to actually buy these things. IT is an overpriced toy advertised to take videos of hang gliding or of family and children. But seriously how many people go do these awesome amazing things that they projected? I would see this could be a good product if it had a use in the work place or school. Yes, it would be cool to video your dissection in class but seriously who is going to do that when most of the world has a smart phone that takes videos and pictures for no extra cost? In the work place I have not seen much practical use. Unless you work for some fancy place that has their own video channel I don't see practical use for the high cost. I project it will have as amazing sales as the Wii U. Good luck google.
On a better note I do believe this is the first step to a bigger and better things like the pompilot did. Remember those brick looking things that business people used for scheduling? My mom had one and I believe it was the first big step for tablet system ideas. Maybe this product will lead to hipster or aviators projecting and taking photos and videos without the bulky side and a bit more fashionable!

Thanks for reading my blog/rant please keep reading!!! I am Girl Trying to Make it. TTYL for the next rant!!
